Strength and Conditioning in Langhorne, PA
Our strength and conditioning classes known as "HEATS" go off several times a day. A dedicated fitness coach will review the workout at the beginning of each HEAT then the class will move through a short warm up before we get to work. The gym is heated with infrared heat so you warm up faster, burn more calories, detox your body, preserve muscle mass and recover faster! Our programming is scalable to the experience and fitness levels of the individual, whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete YOU can feel the HEAT.
